Welcome to the 5-day gratitude challenge

If you haven’t signed up for this challenge, please do that first so that you can receive the Gratitude Affirmations PDF and daily email reminders during the challenge dates (Nov. 22-26).

Are you ready to discover the transformative power of gratitude and bring more joy, positivity and fulfillment into your life? Over the next five days, we’ll embark on a journey together to embrace gratitude, reflect on life’s blessings and create lasting habits that uplift and empower us.

Here’s What You Can Expect

  • Daily Reflection Prompts: Thought-provoking exercises to uncover and celebrate the things that make your life uniquely special.
  • Encouragement & Support: Share your reflections in the comments, connect with fellow participants and support each other as you grow together. I’ll be popping in to encourage and inspire you, as well.
  • Positive Transformation: By the end of this challenge, you’ll have gained a renewed sense of joy, a toolkit of gratitude practices and a heart full of inspiration to carry you forward the Thanksgiving holiday.

Whether you’re new to gratitude or looking to deepen an existing practice, this challenge is for you. Every small moment of gratitude can lead to big shifts in perspective, and by participating, you’re taking a meaningful step towards creating a life filled with positivity and purpose.

How It Works

Each day, check back here for the new day’s prompt. Take a few moments to reflect and complete the exercise in the comments below. You’ll be amazed by the support and inspiration you’ll find within this community! I’ve had clients who have done this exercise, and they have reported having the most success when they started their mornings doing the affirmations and reflecting on them all day. Then, they did the gratitude practice that evening. I suggest this method since the affirmations will set up your day for positivity, and doing the gratitude exercises before going to bed will give your brain something positive to ponder while you are sleeping. This is an individual practice, however. So, do what works best for you.

Ready to begin? Let’s dive in and embrace the power of gratitude together. Start by introducing yourselves in the comments. Let us know your name, city/state, (age, if you want) and why you joined the challenge or what you hope to get out of it.

  1. Hi. I’m Senee, and I live in my hometown of Dallas, Texas with my new husband. I’m joining the challenge because I want to prepare my heart and mind for positively enjoying all the gratitude of Thanksgiving weeded with my family. I’m looking forward to interacting with everyone and supporting you during this challenge.
